1. Publication of Final Results: The results of the finalists in the selection test will be published on the college web site (www.hcc.edu.bd) and Holy Cross College Facebook Page on 06 June 2025 (Thursday) after 1 PM.
2. Distribution of Admission Form: 06 June 2025 (Thursday) from 2 PM to 5 PM after declaration of results and 07 June 2025 (Friday) from 8 AM to 2 PM from College Office.

Class XI Admission Information For 2024-2025 Academic Year – 2024

The Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Dhaka, has kindly granted permission to Holy Cross College for taking admissions through its own process in Class XI for the academic year 2024-2025. The final result of selected students will be published on the basis of GPA obtained in SSC examination and written test (selection test).

Filling In case of Change of Category:

Students with a GPA of 4.00 and above in the science and business education department can also apply for admission to the humanities department. Students with a GPA of 4.25 and above in the Science Department can also apply for admission to Business Education Department from 26th May 2025 (Sunday) to 29th May 2025 (Wednesday) between 8 am.

The copy of Permit Slip must be kept at home, the Permit Slip must be brought with you for any work related to admission. Regarding filling of admission application form:

1. Correct and accurate information should be given while filling the online admission application form. If any wrong information is provided, the admission application will be considered cancelled. If the information provided is found to be incorrect even after admission, the college authorities reserve the right to cancel the admission
2. At the time of filling the admission application form, the information must be provided according to the admit card and transcript of the SSC examination.
3. Admission Result Determining Process: Based on the GPA obtained in the SSC examination, marks obtained in the selection test and priority, the students of their own school, minority, minority, disabled, remote area schools will be considered according to their merit.
4. Selection Test: The selection test will be conducted as per the syllabus of SSC Exam – 2025.
5. Selection Test Subjects: Science Section- Bengali, English, Physical Science, Chemistry, Higher Mathematics and Biology 1
   Humanities – Bengali, English, General Mathematics, Geography
6. The selection test timings and seat management will be published on the college web site (www.hcc.edu.bd) after 5 PM on 30th May (Thursday). 11. Publication of Selection Test Results: The results of the finally selected students will be published on the college website (www.hcc.edu.bd), Holy Cross College Admission Result and notice board after 1 PM on 06 June 2025 (Thursday).
7. Distribution of Admission Forms: Thursday 06 June 2025 (after declaration of results) from 2 PM to 5 PM and 07 June 2025 (Friday) from 8 AM to 1 PM. After 1 p.m.
8. Married persons need not apply. If someone gets married during the session, he will get T.C. (Child marriage is a legal offence).
9. Wearing of college prescribed uniform is mandatory, no need to apply if there is any objection in this regard. Participation in physical education and co-curricular activities is compulsory. Bringing and using mobile phones in the college is completely prohibited. There is no need to apply if there is objection in all these matters
